摘要
社会主义核心价值观引领人民精神生活共同富裕,蕴含着规律必然性、价值指向性与实践渐进性的生成逻辑。基于目标锚定、过程匡正、关系协调等价值引领功用,着力构建人民精神生活的主体聚合、精神升华与生活贯通的价值引领机制;基于人民的价值主体、精神生活的本质属性与共同富裕的主旨要义,深化构建社会文明程度提高、文化产业事业发展、基层治理保障与建设效能评价反馈的价值引领路径。
Core socialist values of steering the people for the shared prosperity of their spiritual life contain the generated logic of the inevitability of law,orientation of values and increment of practice.Based on the value’s guiding functions of target anchorage,process adjustment and relation coordination,we should make efforts to construct the steering mechanism of values in the subject integration of people’s spiritual life,spiritual sublimation and spiritual practice throughout life.Based on the value subject of the people,the essential attributes of spiritual life and the main idea of shared prosperity for all,we should intensify the construction of the steering path of the values to improve the social civilization level,develop cultural industry and undertakings,ensure the governance at the grassroots level,and set up the efficiency evaluation and feedback.
