JJ80-29W桅型修井机井架强度评估与结构改进 被引量:2

摘要 修井机在工作过程中井架需要承受大的载荷,其承载能力的计算分析非常必要,本文利用ANSYS有限元软件对JJ80-29W桅型修井机井架在最大钩载工况下的强度进行了计算分析,结果表明,桅型井架顶部缩口处的应力值最大达238.695 MPa,井架前两侧大腿立柱底部的最大应力值为178.96 MPa,该桅型井架单元材料均采用Q235,屈服强度为235 MPa,API标准的安全系数为1.67,许用应力值则为140.72 MPa,显然不满足安全要求;在合理选材的前提下,通过有限元仿真对其进行了结构改进,满足了井架最大钩载工况的强度安全要求。该分析结果为井架结构的进一步设计提供了理论依据。 In working process the mast of workover rig always bears heavy load,so it is necessary to evaluate the strength of it.By using ANSYS software,the strength of JJ80-29 W mast of workover rig is calculated under the maximum hook load condition.The results show that the maximum stress value at the top of the derrick is 238.95 MPa,and the stress value at the both sides of the bottom of the mast is 178.96 MPa.The mast material adopts Q235,yield strength is 235 MPa,The API standard safety factor is 1.67,so the allowable stress value is 140.72 MPa,obviously the strength of these two parts of the mast is not sufficient.On consideration of proper material selection,the mast structure is improved in terms of the stress calculation results by ANSYS software so that the mast of workerover rig meets the strength demand and ensures its safety property.The analysis results provide a theoretical basis for the design of the mast structure.
