摘要
目的:评价耳穴疗法联合常规治疗中风后抑郁的临床疗效。方法:检索Pubmed、Cochrane图书馆、EMBase、Web of science、CBM、中国知网、万方数据库、维普中文科技期刊数据库自建库至2021年12月的文献。用Cochrane协作网推荐的“偏倚风险评估工具”评价文献质量用Revman5.4软件进行Meta分析。结果:纳入文献15篇,总样本量1062例。(1)总有效率比较:试验组总有效率显著高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。(2)HAMD评分比较:试验组评分显著低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。(3)SERS评分比较:试验组评分显著低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。(4)Barthel指数量表评分比较:治疗后试验组评分显著高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P=0.01)。(5)MESS评分比较:试验组评分显著低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P=0.03)。(6)NIHSS评分比较:试验组评分显著低于对照组,差异无统计学意义(P=0.10)。结论:耳穴疗法联合常规治疗可能对改善中风后抑郁患者的临床结局和生活质量有积极作用,具体表现在缓解患者抑郁症状,减少抗抑郁药副反应和恢复日常生活功能状态。
Objective:To evaluate the clinical efficacy of auricular acupoint therapy alone or auricular acupoint therapy combined with other therapies in the treatment of post-stroke depression.Methods:The literatures from Pubmed,Cochrane Library,Embase,Web of Science,CBM,CNKI,Wanfang Database and VIP Chinese Scientific and Technological Journal database were retrieved from December 2021.Literature quality was evaluated using the“bias risk assessment tool”recommended by the Cochrane collaboration.Meta-analysis was performed using Revman5.4software.Results:15literatures were included,with a total sample size of 1062cases.(1)Comparison of total effective rate:the total effective rate of experimental group was significantly higher than that of control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.00001).(2)HAMD score comparison:the score of the experimental group was significantly lower than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.00001).(3)SERS score comparison:the score of the experimental group was significantly lower than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.00001).(4)Barthel index scale score comparison:After treatment,the score of the experimental group was significantly higher than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P=0.01).(5)Comparison of MESS score:the score of the experimental group was significantly lower than that of the control group,with statistical significance〛(P=0.03).(6)NIHSS score comparison:the score of the experimental group was significantly lower than that of the control group,with no statistical significance(P=0.10).Conclusions:Auricular point therapy combined with conventional treatment may have a positive effect on improving the clinical outcome and quality of life of patients with post-stroke depression,which is specifically manifested in relieving the symptoms of depression,reducing the side effects of antidepressants and restoring the state of daily living function.
