摘要
本文以五运六气及六经气化学说为指导,基于张仲景疫病理论,从伤寒论六经舌象角度辨治新型冠状病毒性肺炎进行分析总结,认为新冠肺炎病属伤寒,病以太阳寒水为主,六气以寒气一气流行,并内干它经气化,病虽可六气可现或同现,但他气皆为寒气兼化或转化,治疗上当以温阳散寒、化气行水为大法,祛寒邪外出,为辨治新型冠状病毒肺炎提供新的思路。
In this paper,we present an analysis and summary of the treatment of COVID-19 from the perspective of the six meridians in the context of the theory of typhoid fever,as proposed by Zhang Zhongjing.We conclude that COVID-19 can be classified as a type of typhoid fever,characterized by the dominance of cold water from the sun.To address this,treatment should prioritize warming the Yang,dispersing the Cold,resolving the Qi,and moving the water,as the primary approach to dispelling the Cold.Our findings provide a novel perspective on the treatment of COVID-19.
