北运河水系浮游植物功能群与水体环境因子的关系 被引量:18

摘要 为分析北京地区北运河水系不同季节浮游植物的时空分布特征,于2015年的春季、夏季和秋季对北京地区北运河水的19个采样点位浮游植物群落进行了野外调查,基于香浓维纳指数、均匀度指数、浮游植物功能群的划分及典范对应分析等方法,分析了浮游植物群落特征。结果表明:三个季节在北运河水系中共鉴定出浮游植物物种数分别为96、80和66种;采样点物种密度平均值分别为1.71×10~7ind./L、1.11×10~7ind./L和5.06×10~6ind./L;香浓维纳指数平均值分别为1.33、1.21和1.14;均匀度指数平均值分别为0.85、0.82和0.77。全水系共划分出浮游植物功能群19类,秋季17类,春季和夏季15类,春季和秋季MP物种数最多,夏季J物种数最多。典型对应分析表明,总磷是影响春季北运河水系浮游植物群落结构的主要水环境因子,夏季是总磷和总氮,秋季是高锰酸钾指数和总磷。研究结果表明:北京北运河水系水体为中度污染。 The community structure characteristics of phytoplankton was investigated in 19 sampling sites of North Canal in Beijing in spring(May),summer(August)and autumn(October)of 2015 and the relationship between the community structure of phytoplankton and the associated environmental factors was analyzed by Shannon-Wiener index,Pielou index,and Canonical correspondence analysis(CCA)in North Canal.There was 96 species of phytoplankton in spring,80 species in summer and 66 species in autumn,with an average density of 1.71×10~7 ind./L,1.11×10~7 ind./L and 5.06×10~6 ind./L,and Shannon Wiener diversity index of 1.33,1.21 and 1.14,Pieiou evenness index of 0.85,0.82 and 0.77,respectively.A total of 19 functional groups were observed in North Canal,with the largest functional group of J in summer,and the largest functional group of MP in spring and autumn.CCA revealed that one of the important environmental factors affecting phytoplankton community structure in North Canal was TP in spring,TP and TN in summer,and CODMnand TP in autumn in North Canal.It is concluded that the water in North Canal was under a state of middle pollution.
