摘要
随着工业的快速发展,高盐有机废水的排放量越来越大,高盐分和高有机含量可能会造成土壤的盐渍化、水体富营养化、地下水污染,增加了人们安全生活造成了隐患。根据文献资料,从高盐有机废水的处理技术着手,介绍了膜分离技术、热法技术及其耦合技术的研究现状,提出针对膜分离技术中膜材料、膜表面改性进行,解决热法过程有机物溢出的问题,缩短热法技术的工艺流程及降低能源的消耗,简化耦合技术的操作及维护,最后针对前端研究技术的工业化应用提出了建议。
With the rapid development of industry,the discharge of high-salt organic wastewater is increasing.High salinity and high organic content may cause salinization of soil,eutrophication of water bodies,and pollution of groundwater,which increases the hidden dangers forthe safety of people’s life.According to the literature,starting from the treatment technology of high-salt organic wastewater.The research status of membrane separation technology,thermal technology and its coupling technology were introduced.It was proposed to modify the membrane material and membrane surface in the membrane separation technology,solve the problem of organic matter overflow in thermal process,shorten the processof thermal technology and reducing energy consumption,andsimplify the operation and maintenance of coupling technology.Finally,suggestions were made for the industrial application of front-endresearch technology.
