摘要
警察执法公信力是警察信用体系的核心,提升警察执法公信力是建设社会主义法治国家的必然要求。警察执法过程和结果涉及执法公正性、执法规范化、执法者职业素养和执法透明度等四个维度。问卷调查数据分析结果显示,执法公正性、执法规范化和执法者职业素养对警察执法公信力有显著正向影响,而执法透明度对警察执法公信力无显著影响。据此,增强警察执法公信力需要在优化顶层制度设计、提升警务人员综合执法素质的同时,完善监督体系和加强舆论宣传引导。
The credibility of police law enforcement is the core of the police credit system and it is the inevitable requirement of building a socialist country under the rule of law.Analyzing the influencing factors of the credibility of police law enforcement is conducive to comprehensively promoting the rule of law in social governance.Based on the survey data,this study analyses the four dimensions of law enforcement fairness,law enforcement standardization,professionalism of law enforcement,transparency of law enforcement involved in the police law enforcement process and results.The results find that law enforcement fairness,law enforcement standardization,professionalism of law enforcement have a significant positive impact,while the transparency of law enforcement fails to have a significant impact.Therefore,while improving the top-level system design and improving the comprehensive law enforcement quality of police personnel,attention should be paid to improving the supervision system and strengthening public opinion publicity and guidance,so as to enhance the credibility of police law enforcement.
