摘要
目的:旨在阐明有关研究认知衰退神经机制的相关概念模型之间的概念关系,并提出一种统一化的模型框架,用于解释与年龄或疾病相关的大脑结构、功能与认知之间的差异性变化。方法:讨论了先前用于研究认知衰退神经机制的概念模型框架的不同方面,并指出其局限。将储备、维护、弹性与抵抗力模型结合在一起,以便于从储备构建、储备维护以及成功认知老化这三个方面构建一个概念模型框架。结果:储备模型是研究储备构建的重要手段。在老龄期,个体在某一时刻的储备容量约等于最高储备容量减去维护与储备下降时间的乘积。而弹性模型与抵抗力模型则是概念模型框架在研究成功认知老化方面的延伸。结论:新的概念模型框架有效区分了储备、维护、弹性与抵抗力模型的差异,整体共同作用构成一个完整的模型框架,用来探讨认知衰退过程中的神经机制。
Objective:The aim is to clarify some conceptual relationships among relevant conceptual models for studying the neural mechanism of cognitive decline,to propose a unified model framework,and to interpret age-or disease-related changes and differences in brain structure,function,and cognition.Methods:Different aspects of previous conceptual model framework for studying the neural mechanism of cognitive decline are discussed,and its limitations are identified.Results:The models of reserve,maintenance,resilience and resistance are combined to construct a conceptual model framework from the three aspects of reserve construction,reserve maintenance and successful cognitive aging.Conclusion:The new conceptual model framework effectively distinguishes the differences among reserve,maintenance,resilience and resistance models,and they work together to form a unified model framework to explore the neural mechanism in the process of cognitive decline.
