摘要
外泌体是一种由细胞分泌的纳米级膜性囊泡,在生物进程中扮演重要的角色。外泌体具有免疫原性低、可改造性强等独特优势,因此可经工程化改造后应用于疾病的早期诊断和临床治疗。为使外泌体具有靶向性、避免被免疫系统清除、装载内容物等特性来适应临床使用的需求,需要对外泌体进行改造和修饰,即工程化外泌体。本文综述了现阶段工程化外泌体的改造策略和修饰方法。
Exosomes are nano-scale membranous vesicles secreted by cells,which play an important role in biological processes.Exosomes have unique advantages such as low immunogenicity and strong rebuildability,so they can be used for early diagnosis and clinical treatment of diseases after being engineered.In order to make exosomes capable for targeting,avoid being cleared by the immune system,and loading content to meet the needs of clinical use,exosomes are necessary to be modified,i.e.engineered exosomes.This article reviews the modification strategies and modification methods of engineered exosomes at this stage.
