摘要
以梅花井煤矿主斜井提升胶带机更换钢丝绳芯胶带的工艺创新为探索背景,提出采用煤矿JSDB系列双速多用绞车辅助牵引、上下带分批次并将新旧带硫化连接后在机尾拉旧带,从机头进新带进行更换新胶带的工艺创新。该工艺的探索与实践合理的创新了更换主斜井胶带的方法,有效的避免了传统更换主斜井胶带工艺上一些复杂工序存在的风险,不仅能高效有序的完成胶带更换工作,而且为煤矿生产作业安全、高效提供有力保障。
Taking the technique innovation for replacing the steel cord belt on the lifting belt conveyor in the main inclined shaft of Meihuajing Coal Mine,Ningxia Coal Industry Co.Ltd.as the exploratory background,an innovation in belt replacement technique that the JSDB series double-speed multi-purpose winch in coal mines is used to provide auxiliary traction,the upper and lower belts are divided into different batches,and the used and new belts are vulcanized and then connected,and the used belt is pulled out at the rear and the new belt is fed at the head,is put forth.The exploration and practices of the technique reasonably innovates the method to replace belts in the main inclined shaft and to effectively avoid risks present in some complicate steps in the traditional technique of belt replacement in the main inclined shaft,not only allowing to replace the belt efficiently and orderly,but also providing a powerful guarantee to realize a safe and efficient operation in coal mine production.
