摘要
初中生正处于个体自我概念形成和生涯发展的重要时期。本文使用"田纳西自我概念量表""青少年生涯发展量表"面向初中生进行施测,以了解初中生的自我概念发展现状、生涯发展水平,以及两者之间的关系。结果发现:(1)初中生的自我概念发展水平较好,总体是积极的;(2)初中生的生涯发展水平总体不高,亟待提高;(3)初中生的自我概念与生涯发展有显著的正相关关系。
Junior high school students are in an important period of the formation of individual self-concept and career development.This study used Tennessee Selfconcept Scale and Adolescent Career Development Scale to test junior high school students,so as to understand the status quo of junior high school students’self-concept development,career development level and the relationship between them.The results show that:(1)The development level of junior high school students’self-concept is good and positive in general;(2)The development level of junior high school students\career is not high in general and needs to be improved;(3)There is a significant positive correlation between self-concept and career development of junior high school students.
