摘要
近年来,中共中央、国务院、教育部及其下属留学基金委与部分省市陆续出台相关政策,鼓励高校积极输送优秀人才到国际组织中实习和任职。以国际化、多元化、复合型、创新型、全英文的教育培养模式为特点的中外合作大学在这方面却进展甚微。本文通过文献调查、数据分析和访谈研究,首先分析了中外合作大学促进大学生进入国际组织实习和任职的现状与挑战,其次总结了国内部分大学在促进大学生进入国际组织实习和任职方面的有效举措,最后阐述了上海纽约大学职业发展中心的实践,供中外合作大学职业发展部门参考。
In recent years,the Central Committee of the Communist Party of China,the State Council,the Ministry of Education,the China Scholarship Council under it,and some provinces and cities have carried out relevant policies to encourage colleges and universities to actively send exceptional students to international organizations for internship and employment.Sino-foreign cooperative universities,characterized by international,diversified,compound,innovative and English-only education,have made little progress in this regard.Through literature research,data analysis and interviews,this paper first analyzed the present status and challenges of Sino-foreign universities’promoting students to practice and work in international organizations.Then it summarized effective measures from some domestic universities in promoting students to practice and work in international organizations.Finally,it expounded the practice of Career Development Center at New York University Shanghai,serving as reference to career development centers of other sino-foreign cooperative universities.
