摘要
以乙酰丙酸与异辛醇酯化反应产物代替丙酮制备了环氧双酚酸异辛醇酯。采用红外光谱和核磁氢谱对产物结构进行了表征。制备的树脂以聚醚胺D230为固化剂固化,对固化物的力学性能、热稳定性测试以及扫描电镜分析表明,与环氧128体系相比,固化物的断裂伸长率由1.73%提高到99.02%,环氧双酚酸异辛醇酯具有良好的柔韧性。
The epoxy isooctyl bisphenolate was prepared by substituting acetone with the esterification product of levulinic acid and isooctyl alcohol.The structure of the product was characterized by infrared spectroscopy and nuclear magnetic resonance spectroscopy.The prepared resin was cured using polyetheramine D230 as curing agent.The tests of mechanical properties and thermal stability and scanning electron microscopy analysis of the cured product showed that the elongation at break of the cured product was increased from 1.73%to 99.02%,compared with that of the epoxy 128 system and the epoxy isooctyl bisphenolate had good flexibility.
