摘要
总结万晓刚教授运用和解分消法治疗顽固性尿路感染的临床经验。万晓刚教授认为,顽固性尿路感染多与少阳枢机不利、湿热内蕴三焦相关,其多兼有瘀血阻络,气机不畅。临证时,以和解少阳、分消三焦为基本治法,佐以活血化瘀、行气利水之法。多采用柴胡蒿芩汤加牡蛎泽泻散、蒲灰散、封髓丹加减化裁治之,切合病机及核心证候,临床应用每收良效。
To summarize the clinical experience of Professor WAN Xiaogang in treating intractable urinary tract infection by the method of harmonization and dispersion.Professor WAN believes that intractable urinary tract infection is mostly related to disturbance of shaoyang pivot movement and dampheat internal accumulation in the triple energizers,and most of it is complicated with blood stasis blocking the collaterals and inhibited qi movement.In clinical practice,his basic treatment is to harmonize shaoyang and disperse pathogens from the triple energizers,and to invigorate blood and dissolve stasis,and move qi and promote urination.Professor WAN mostly uses modified Chaihu Haoqin Decoction with Muli Zexie Powder,Puhui Powder and Fengsui Pellets,which are suitable for pathogenesis and core syndromes,and the effect of the prescriptions are great in clinical application.
