高层次创新型科技人才成长特征研究——以2018年度国家自然科学奖获得者为例 被引量:12

Research on the Growth Characteristics of High-level Innovative Science and Technology Talents:Taking the Winners of 2018 National Natural Science Award as an Example

摘要 高层次创新型科技人才具有较强科技与管理创新能力,其成长特征也成为人才研究领域关注的焦点。本文以2018年度国家自然科学奖的150位获得者为研究对象,并对其履历信息进行编码,利用生存分析法研究其成长特征。Kaplan-Meier分析发现,博士后经历对获得国家自然科学奖及其第一完成人的成长周期影响不显著。通过Cox回归和履历分析发现,有博士后和海外工作经历以及就职于中国科学院和"211工程"院校都有助于缩短高层次人才的成长周期;海外留学以及就职于"985工程"院校和普通院校的高层次人才成长周期较长;博士毕业于"985工程"院校以及师从名师或加入高水平科研团队的博士成长成才的速度更快。最后,还对研究结论进行了分析并讨论了启示。 High-level innovative science and technology talents have strong innovation ability in technology and management,and their growth characteristics have become the focus of talent research.This paper takes 150 winners of 2018 National Natural Science Award as the research object,codes their curriculum vitas,and studies their growth characteristics by survival analysis method.KaplanMeier analysis finds that postdoctoral experience has no significant impact on the growth cycle of the National Natural Science Award winners(or the first completer).Through Cox regression and curriculum vitas,this paper finds that postdoctoral and overseas working experience,working in Chinese Academy of Sciences and"211"university can shorten the growth cycle of high-level talents;the growth cycle is longer for high-level talents who have overseas study experience,work in"985"universities or non-211 universities;those who obtained Ph.D.degrees from"985"universities,studied with famous professors or joined high-level research teams tend to grow faster.Finally,this paper discussed the implications of the research findings.
