摘要
目的研究支气管舒张剂联合抗胆碱药治疗COPD患者的临床效果。方法选择2015年1月—2019年3月本院收治的76例COPD患者作为研究对象,按照随机数表法分为观察组和对照组两组,每组各38例。两组均进行常规治疗,对照组采用支气管舒张剂治疗,观察组采用支气管舒张剂联合抗胆碱药治疗。将两组的呼吸困难评分、6 min步行距离、肺功能指标、临床疗效、不良反应发生情况进行比对。结果观察组COPD患者治疗后的呼吸困难评分低于对照组,治疗后的6 min步行距离、FEV1、FVC、FEV1/FVC以及临床总有效率均高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组患者的不良反应发生率进行比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论COPD患者应用支气管舒张剂联合抗胆碱药治疗安全有效,可促进患者临床症状及肺功能的改善。
Objective To study the clinical efficacy of bronchodilator combined with anticholinergic drugs in the treatment of COPD.Methods 76 patients with COPD admitted to our hospital from January 2015 to March 2019 were enrolled in this study.They were divided into observation group and control group according to random number table method,38 patients in each group.Routine treatment was performed in both groups.Patients in the control group were treated with bronchodilator,and patients in the observation group were treated with bronchodilator combined with anticholinergic drugs.The dyspnea score,6-minute walking distance,pulmonary function index,clinical efficacy and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results The dyspnea score of COPD patients in the observation group was lower than that of the control group after treatment.The walking distance,FEV1,FVC,FEV1/FVC and the total clinical effective rate of COPD patients in the observation group were higher than those in the control group after treatment,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusions Bronchodilator combined with anticholinergic drugs is safe and effective in the treatment of COPD patients,which could promote the improvement of clinical symptoms and pulmonary function.
