摘要
以甲乙酮催化剂KLTQ-01为研究对象,考察了活化和再生工艺对催化剂性能的影响,并进行了工业试验。结果表明:先仲丁醇后氢气活化方式可以明显降低副产重组分生成量、缩短开工时间,经济效益显著;新再生工艺可以有效去除积碳,避免催化剂的烧结,催化剂总使用寿命可延长3个月。
The effect of activation and regeneration processes on performance of the catalyst KLTQ-01 for production of methyl ethyl ketone is investigated,and industrial experiments are conducted.The results show that the activation method of sec-butanol followed by hydrogen can significantly reduce generation of the heavy components by-product,shorten the starting time and achieve significant economic benefits.The new regeneration process can effectively remove carbon deposits and avoid catalyst sintering.The total service life of the catalyst can be extended by 3 months.
