摘要
目的分析个体化营养支持联合集束化护理干预对重症脑卒中患者的影响。方法研究对象是2018年5月—2020年5月在本院就诊的92例重症脑卒中患者。随机分组的方法进行分组,将患者分为研究组和常规组,常规组实施临床传统形式护理,研究组开展个体化营养支持联合集束化护理干预,观察护理前后患者的生活质量、日常生活能力、并发症发生情况、营养状况。结果研究组护理后的Barthel指数和QOL评分和常规组相比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组患者护理后血清白蛋白、血红蛋白和MAMC水平均优于常规组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组患者治疗期间并发症发生率低于常规组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论重症脑卒中患者接受个体化营养支持联合集束化护理干预可改善患者的营养状况,提高疾病康复效率和患者的生活质量,也是减少并发症的有效护理模式。
Objective To analyze the effect of individualized nutrition support combined with cluster nursing intervention on patients with severe stroke.Methods 92 patients with severe stroke were treated in the hospital from May 2018 to May 2020.The patients were divided into study group and routine group.The routine group carried out clinical traditional nursing.The study group carried out individualized nutrition support combined with cluster nursing intervention to observe the quality of life,daily life ability,complications and nutritional status of the patients before and after nursing.Results The Barthel index and QOL score of the study group were significantly different from those of the routine group,P<0.05;the serum albumin,hemoglobin and MAMC levels of the study group were better than those of the routine group,with significant differences(P<0.05);the incidence of complications during treatment in the study group was lower than that in the routine group.Conclusion Individualized nutritional support combined with cluster nursing intervention can improve the nutritional status of patients with severe stroke,improve the efficiency of disease rehabilitation and the quality of life of patients,and is also an effective nursing mode to reduce complications.
