激光加工功率及型材厚度对6061铝合金性能的影响 被引量:1

摘要 本文通过采用大幅面高速光纤激光切割机,研究了激光加工功率及型材厚度对合金力学性能及表面质量的影响。结果表明:激光加工会降低型材力学性能,激光加工表面存在微裂纹是力学性能下降的主要原因。试样厚度和激光加工功率对加工后样品力学性能均有不同程度的影响。激光加工各实验参数下热影响区域宽度为0.6~1.5 mm。 The effects of laser processing power and profile thickness on the mechanical properties and surface quality of the alloy are investigated by using a large-area high-speed fiber laser cutting machine.The results show that mechanical properties of the profiles can be reduced by laser processing,and the microcracks on the surface after laser processing are the main reason behind the decrease of mechanical properties.The thickness of samples and the laser processing power could affect mechanical properties of samples to various degree after laser processing.The width of the heat-affected zone is 0.6~1.5 mm under test parameters of the laser processing.
