摘要
目的:探讨男性不育症患者精液中SCF及其受体水平的变化特点及临床意义。方法:选取2017年1月—2017年12月在我院治疗的男性不育症患者94例,其中精液正常不育组30例,精液异常不育组64例,同时选取精液正常生育组40例为对照,采用酶联免疫吸附试验检测各组精浆中SCF含量,采用实时荧光定量PCR检测精液离心沉淀物c-kit的ct值,并计算其相对表达量。结果:异常不育组精子活力、正常形态、前向运动精子比例分别为(42.16±10.06)%、(4.5±1.9)%、(37.86±10.03)%,明显低于正常生育组和正常不育组(P<0.05);异常不育组精液SCF含量为(68.55±13.54)pg/mL,明显低于正常生育组和正常不育组(P<0.05),而精液离心沉淀物c-kit相对表达量为(2.43±0.60),明显高于正常生育组和正常不育组(P<0.05);正常不育组精液SCF为(89.41±18.83)pg/mL,明显低于正常生育组(P<0.05),而精液离心沉淀物c-kit相对表达量为(1.98±0.41),明显高于正常生育组(P<0.05)。结论:男性不育症患者精液中SCF和c-kit与精子活力、精子形态有一定关系,为男性不育的诊断和治疗提供重要的实验数据。
Objective:This study is aimed to investigate the changes and clinical significance of SCF and its receptor level in semen of male infertility patients.Methods:From January 2017 to December 2017,94 cases of male infertility patients were treated in our hospital,including 30 cases of normal semen infertility group,64 cases of abnormal semen infertility group.At the same time,semen normal fertility group of 40 cases were chosen for comparison,using enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay to detect each group content of SCF in seminal plasma,and real-time fluorescent quantitative PCR detection kit of semen centrifugal sediment c-ct value to calculate the relative expression quantity.Results:The sperm motility,normal morphology and proportion of forward motile sperm in the abnormal infertility group were(42.16±10.06)%,(4.5±1.9)% and(37.86±10.03)%,respectively,which were significantly lower than those in the normal fertility group and the normal infertility group(P<0.05).The content of SCF in semen of the abnormal infertility group was(68.55±13.54)pg/mL,significantly lower than that of the normal fertility group and the normal infertility group(P<0.05),while the relative expression of c-kit in semen centrifugation sediment was(2.43±0.60),significantly higher than that of the normal fertility group and the normal infertility group(P<0.05).The SCF of semen in the normal infertility group was(89.41±18.83)pg/mL,which was significantly lower than that in the normal fertility group(P<0.05),while the relative expression level of c-kit of semen centrifugation sediment was(1.98±0.41),significantly higher than that in the normal fertility group(P<0.05).Conclusion:SCF and C-kit in semen of male infertility patients are related to sperm motility and sperm morphology,providing important experimental data for the diagnosis and treatment of male infertility.
