能谱CT成像在子宫内膜癌检出及分期的应用价值

摘要 目的:探讨能谱CT成像对于子宫内膜癌检出及分期方面准确率。方法:收集我院经诊刮确诊为子宫内膜癌患者80例,按不同CT检查方法分为能谱组和常规组,能谱组40例进行CT能谱扫描,常规组40例进行常规CT增强扫描。将影像学诊断结果与病理结果进行比较。结果:CT能谱成像的检出率90.00%明显高于常规组70.00%,影像分期与病理分期一致性Kappa值能谱组0.920优于常规组0.566。结论:能谱CT成像对子宫内膜癌的检出率和分期诊断准确率更高,可为临床医生诊断与方案制定提供帮助。
