摘要
党的十八大以来,国家和各级政府高度重视环境保护工作,在环保督察巡查高压、标准加严、执法趋紧、问责加大的态势下,企业环境服务需求稳步上升,推动我国环保服务业逐步成熟。文章通过对公路建设项目环境管理现状、环境影响评价与实际施工过程中的矛盾以及环保管家服务模式及内容的阐述,从而提出公路建设项目引入环保管家的必要性。
Since the 18 th National Congress of the Communist Party of China,the state and governments have attached great importance to environmental protection.Under the circumstances of high inspection pressure,stricter standards,tighter law enforcement and greater accountability,the environmental services demand of enterprise is rising steadily.This paper expounds the current situation of environmental management of highway construction project,the contradiction between environmental impact assessment and actual construction,as well as the service mode and content of environmental stewardship.Therefore,it is necessary to introduce environmental stewardship into highway construction projects.
