摘要
中西部高等教育振兴是推进高等教育协调发展的重要战略,是促进高等教育高质量发展的关键路径。从当前中西部高等教育振兴的逻辑理路而言,质量提升是核心目标,协同发展是重要使命,对外开放是战略选择。中西部高等教育振兴需要坚持整体性发展目标,促进中西部高等教育的协调发展;需要突出综合能力建设,夯实中西部高等教育的内涵发展;需要发挥政策引领作用,推动中西部高等教育的跨越发展;需要统筹区域发展布局,助力中西部高等教育的特色发展。
Midwest revitalization of higher education is an important strategy for promoting the coordinated development of higher education.It is the key to promoting the development of higher education quality of higher education in the Midwest path.From the perspective of the current logic of the revitalization of higher education in the Midwest,“quality promotion”is the core target,“synergetic development”is an important task,“open to the outside world”is a strategic option.Midwest revitalization of higher education needs to adhere to the overall development goal and promote the coordinated development of higher education in the Midwest.It is necessary to highlight the comprehensive capacity building and tamp the connotation development of higher education in the Midwest.It is necessary to give play to the leading role of policies to promote the leapfrog development of higher education in the Midwest.It is necessary to coordinate the regional development layout to help the characteristic development of higher education in the Midwest.
