摘要
要素短缺论和环境成因论只能说明怒江傈僳族自治州贫困家庭的脆弱性,贫困家庭父代和子代文化水平程度不高、技能贫瘠、安贫乐道、政策依赖心理才是贫困代际传递的根源。已有文献存在只聚焦于子代教育,而忽略对父代进行教育的局限性。对父代进行教育有助于给子代塑造良好的家庭文化氛围,改善子代先赋性特征,从而提高子代突破贫困陷阱的可能性。因此,本文对其进行帕累托改进,提出同时对父代和子代进行教育,通过父子两代人的携手努力,从而减少子代突破贫困陷阱的阻力,最大程度地提升怒江傈僳族自治州贫困家庭子代先赋性因素和获致性特征、斩断贫困代际延续链条的对策建议,对于拓宽贫困理论研究视野、挖掘深度贫困地区扶贫退出瞄准方案有着重要意义。
Factor shortage theory and environmental cause theory only show the vulnerability of poor families in Nujiang Lisu Autonomous Prefecture,low level of education、poor skills、contented in poverty and devoted to spiritual things、policy dependence psychology of parents and offspring of poor families actually are the root causes of intergenerational transmission of poverty.There is a limitation in the existing literature that only focus on the education of the offspring,but neglect the education of the fathers.Educating the fathers helps to create a good family culture atmosphere for offspring,improve the pre-endowment characteristic of offspring,thus,the possibility of breaking through the poverty trap for future generations will be raised.Therefore,this paper makes pareto improvement on it,and puts forward countermeasures and suggestions on educating both parents and offspring at the same time,reducing the resistance of offspring to break through the poverty trap,maximizing promotion the pre-endowed factor and achieving characteristic of offspring in Nujiang Lisu Autonomous Prefecture、cutting off poverty intergenerational continuation chain through the joint efforts of parents and offspring,they are of great significance to widen the perspective of poverty theory research、dig out aiming program for poverty alleviation in deep poverty areas.
