摘要
全面推进乡村振兴,人才队伍是关键。大学生融入乡村振兴,能够为农业农村现代化注入新的活力。综合运用计划行为理论(TPB)和效益-风险分析模型(BRA),全面分析乡村振兴战略背景下大学生基层就业意愿的形成机制及其影响因素。研究结果表明,大学生基层就业态度、主观规范和感知行为控制等对大学生基层就业意愿有显著的正向影响,其中就业态度是关键因素,感知收益和感知风险通过影响就业态度间接影响基层就业意愿。最后,根据研究结论,从提升基层就业态度、营造基层就业氛围以及提升基层就业胜任力等三个方面,给出了提升大学生基层就业意愿、助力乡村振兴的具体对策建议。
To comprehensively promote rural revitalization,talent team is the key.The integration of university students into rural revitalization can inject new vitality into agricultural and rural modernization.Based on the integration of planned behavior theory(TPB)and benefit-risk analysis model(BRA),in this article the author comprehensively analyzes the formation mechanism and influencing factors on university students’intention of employment at the grass-roots level.The results showed that students’attitude towards employment at the grass-roots level,their subjective norms and perceived behavioral control had a significant positive impact on their intentions of employment at the grass-roots level,among which their attitudes were the key factors,their perceived benefits and perceived risks indirectly affected their intentions of employment at the grass-roots level through influencing their employment attitudes.Based on the results of the study,at the end of the article the author proposes concrete countermeasures and suggestions to ascertain university students’intentions of grass-roots employment and promote rural revitalization in terms of three aspects,namely fostering students’attitudes towards employment at the grass-roots level,creating the grass-roots employment atmosphere and improving the grass-roots employment competency.
