摘要
牧区现代化是国家全面现代化的重要组成部分,也是“特殊短板”。实现牧区现代化对于我国生态安全、边疆稳定、民族团结等多领域产生影响,具有重要的战略意义。目前,学界对牧区现代化的研究尚处于探索阶段。从研究内容看,现有的研究成果主要集中在牧区畜牧业现代化和牧区治理现代化方面,基于“五位一体”整体布局的牧区现代化研究较少。从研究视角看,学术界对牧区现代化宏观性总结多一些,从牧区社区和牧民主体视角进行微观研究的成果相对不足。从研究方法看,现有成果对牧区现代化进程中的具体问题与对策进行实证分析多一些,对中华人民共和国成立以来牧区现代化的演进历程、成功经验、中国式牧区现代化的本质特征及发展道路的理论总结不足。展望未来,中国式牧区现代化道路的理论探索、中华人民共和国成立以来牧区现代化发展的经验总结、新时代牧区现代化“五位一体”发展实践的多学科研究将是学界研究的重点和趋势。
The modernization of pastoral areas is not only an important part but also the weak link of the overall modernization of China.Modernization of pastoral areas has an impact on ecological security,stability in border areas,ethnic unity and other fields,and has important strategic significance.At present,the study of modernization of pastoral areas is in the exploratory stage.From the perspective of research content,existing research mainly focuses on the modernization of animal husbandry in pastoral areas and the modernization of governance of pastoral areas,while there are few studies on the modernization of pastoral areas based on the overall layout of modernization in agriculture and animal husbandry,ecology,culture,governance of pastoral areas,and herdsmen’s lives.From the perspective of research,most of existing studies are macroscopic summaries of modernization in pastoral areas,and the results of microscopic research from the perspective of pastoral communities and herdsmen are insufficient.From the perspective of research methods,most of existing research carry out empirical analysis on the specific problems and countermeasures in the modernization process of pastoral areas,and lack theoretical summary on the evolution process,experience,essential characteristics and development path of Chinese-style modernization of pastoral areas since the founding of the People’s Republic of China.Looking into the future,the theoretical exploration of the path of Chinese-style modernization of pastoral areas,the summary of experience of the modernization of pastoral areas since the founding of the People’s Republic of China,and multidisciplinary research of the overall layout of modernization in pastoral areas in the new era will be the focus and trend of academic research.
