摘要
当前,我国正处在多种因素交织的发展环境下,更新换代的互联网技术、快速发展的人工智能、变化莫测的国际关系等因素直接导致企业对人才的渴求力度达到了顶峰。在供给侧结构性改革的推动下,职业教育的改革与发展被重新提上日程。以职业教育的概念及特征为起点,分析了在新时代背景下我国职业教育改革与发展中存在的主要问题,介绍了国外职业教育的成功经验,并结合我国职业教育发展实际情况对职业教育的改革和发展提出了措施。
At present,our country is in a development environment where many factors are intertwined.Such as updated Internet technology,rapid development of artificial intelligence,and unpredictable international relations have directly led to the peak of enterprises’desire for talents.Driven by the supply-side structural reforms,the reform and development of vocational education have been put on the agenda again.Starting from the concept and characteristics of vocational education,this article analyzes the main problems in the reform and development of vocational education in our country under the background of the new era,introduces the successful experience of foreign vocational education,and combines the actual development of vocational education in our country.The reform and development of the country proposed corresponding improvement measures.
