摘要
21世纪以来,智能时代启航,高新技术和人工智能迅猛发展,科技革命和产业变革浪潮奔腾而至,社会对机械专业人才的创新能力与实践操作能力提出了新的要求。现行的机械专业人才尚未适应社会需求,卓越工程师紧缺,工科教育教学改革迫在眉睫。传统的机械设计教学资源有限、教案陈旧、学生学用脱节、教学内容简单、教学方法呆板、教学途径偏窄、学业评价欠缺。新工科背景下,教学资源应充足、教案应更新、学生学用应融贯、教学内容应丰富、教学方法应创新、教学途径应拓宽、学业评价应多元。通过大胆开拓和积极践行创新的教学改革方案,才能培养新时代机械专业高阶人才,为中国制造和经济高质量发展提供人才支撑与智力支持。
Since the beginning of the 21 st century,the era of intelligence started its sailing course,high and newtechnologies and artificial intelligence have been developing rapidly,science and technology revolution and industrial transformation have rushed in waves into this era.Thus,the society has put forward new requirements for the innovative ability and practical ability of mechanical professionals.The current mechanical professionals have not yet adapted to the needs of society,outstanding engineers are in short supply,and the reform of engineering education and teaching is to be conducted urgently.The traditional teaching resources of mechanical design are limited,the teaching materials and teaching plans are outdated,the students’learning and using are out of connection with each other,the teaching content is simple,the teaching methods are rigid,the teaching ways are narrow,and the academic evaluation is insufficient.In the context of new engineering,teaching resources should be sufficient,teaching materials and teaching plans should be updated,students’learning and using should be integrated,teaching contents should be enriched,teaching methods should be innovated,teaching ways should be broadened,and academic evaluation should be diversified.Only through bold exploration and active practice of innovative teaching reform program,can we develop high-level talents of mechanical specialty in the new eraand provide talent support and intellectual support for the high-quality development of China’s manufacturing and economy.
