摘要
随着电力企业改革不断深入,其管理方式也在不断地进行变革,精益管理的概念逐步应用到电力企业的管理工作中。以精益管理理论为基础,分析了精益管理的一般要求和移动应用系统开发的功能需求,提出了系统设计的模型和网络结构设计的关键内容并设计了系统的功能模块划分,详细阐述了系统计划管理、成果管理及数据库的设计内容。根据工程实际情况,对系统进行了测试,测试结果表明本文设计的精益管理移动应用是切实可行的。
With the deepening reform of electric power enterprises,their management methods are also constantly changing,and the concept of lean management is gradually applied to the management of electric power enterprises.Based on the lean management theory,this paper analyzes the general requirements of lean management and the functional requirements of mobile application system development,puts forward the model of system design and the key content of network structure design,designs the functional modules of the system,and elaborates the design contents of system plan management,result management and database in detail.According to the actual situation of the project,the system is tested,and the test results show that the lean management mobile application designed in this paper is feasible.
