摘要
目的通过监测廊坊市潮白河流域成蚊的种类、数量、分布及其季节变化,为廊坊市水系环境周边降低蚊虫密度和预防蚊媒传染性疾病提供科学依据。方法在2020年和2021年选择廊坊市潮白河流域的大厂县、三河县、香河县,采用CO_(2)诱蚊灯法,选择公园或景点2种生境对蚊虫进行连续动态监测。结果捕获蚊虫953只,其中淡色库蚊582只、三带喙库蚊215只、白纹伊蚊91只、骚扰阿蚊65只。淡色库蚊为优势种,占61.07%;其次为三带喙库蚊、白纹伊蚊和骚扰阿蚊。成蚊总蚊密度为0.95只/(灯·夜),其中公园或人员活动密集景点平均蚊密度为0.38只/(灯·夜)、水体周边居民区平均蚊密度为0.57只/(灯·夜),成蚊密度高峰期在8月。结论潮白河流域成蚊密度2021年较2020年升高明显,需警惕蚊媒传染性疾病的发生和流行。
Objective To provide scientific basis for reducing mosquito density and preventing mosquito-borne infectious diseases around the water system environment in Langfang City by monitoring the species,number and distribution of adult mosquitoes and their seasonal changes in the Chaobai River basin in Langfang City.Methods In 2020 and 2021,Dafang,Sanhe and Xianghe counties in the Chaobai River basin of Langfang City were selected for continuous dynamic monitoring of mosquitoes in selected habitats,public parks and scenic points,using the CO_(2)mosquito trap lamp method.Results 953 mosquitoes were captured,including 582 Culex pipiens pallens,215 Culex tritaeniorhynchus,91 Aedes albopictus and 65 Armigeres subalbatus.Culex pipiens pallens was the dominant species accounting for 61.07%,followed by Culex tritaeniorhynchus,Aedes albopictus and Armigeres subalbatus.The adult mosquito density were 0.95 mosquitoes/(lamp·night)in general,0.38 mosquitoes/(lamp·night)in parks or places with intensive human activities and 0.57 mosquitoes/(lamp·night)in residential areas around water bodies.The adult mosquito density peaked in August.Conclusion The adult mosquito density in the Chaobai River Basin increased significantly in 2021 compared with that in 2020,and attention should be paid to the occurrence and prevalence of mosquito-borne diseases.
