摘要
职业健康监督执法是督促用人单位落实职业病防治主体责任、保护劳动者健康的重要手段[1]。随着职业健康监管职能的承接,组建一支政治合格、作风过硬、业务精湛的监督执法队伍已经迫在眉睫。本文通过对江苏省当前职业健康监督队伍现状及监管形势进行深入调研,剖析了现阶段存在的问题,为构建科学有效监督管理模式,建立健全监督执法体系,推进职业健康监督工作提出了对策及建议。
Occupational health supervision and law enforcement is an important means to urge employers to carry out the main responsibility of occupational disease prevention and protect workers’health[1].With the occupational health supervision function to undertake,the establishment of a politically qualified,excellent style,business superb supervision and law enforcement team has been imminent.This paper makes an in-depth investigation into the current situation and supervision situation of the occupational health supervision team in Nantong City,analyzes the existing problems,and puts forward suggestions and countermeasures for the construction of scientific and effective supervision and management mode,the establishment and improvement of supervision and law enforcement system,and the promotion of occupational health supervision.
