摘要
提出了一套符合美国AASHTO标准的发电厂混凝土路面结构设计方法,以应对海外发电项目的国际化要求。结合海外项目设计经验,依托美国AASHTO混凝土路面结构设计图表法,本文整理出一套该法在电厂道路设计中应用的步骤,同时就部分参数提供了推荐取值,形成了"发电厂混凝土路面结构AASHTO设计法"。经对比应用发现,同样地质条件下,发电厂混凝土路面结构AASHTO设计法确定的混凝土板厚略大于国标图集确定的板厚,可见该法相对更为保守。利用所提出的发电厂混凝土路面结构AASHTO设计法,在路基不受膨胀/冻胀影响的地区,可生成一套具有说服力的混凝土道路结构计算书,直接应用于海外发电项目中。
This paper is devoted to proposing a design method for power plant concrete pavement structure that complies with American AASHTO standards.By consulting relevant literature,combined with overseas project design experience,and relying on the American AASHTO concrete pavement structure design chart method,this paper sorts out a set of steps for applying this method in power plant road design.At the same time,recommended values are provided for some parameters.As a result,the"AASHTO design method of concrete pavement structure for power plants"is formed.After comparison and application,it is found that under the same geological conditions,the thickness of the concrete slab determined by the AASHTO design method for the concrete pavement structure of the power plant is slightly more than that determined by the GB standard atlas.After comparison and application,it is found that under the same geological conditions,the thickness of the concrete slab determined by the AASHTO design method for the concrete pavement structure of the power plant is slightly more than that determined by the national standard atlas.This shows that the AASHTO method is relatively more conservative.The method summarized in this paper is universal in areas where the subgrade is not affected by swelling or freezing.An AASHTO concrete pavement structure calculation report can be directly generated by using this method.It can meet the international requirement of power plant projects.
