美标组合工字形截面抗压承载力研究 被引量:1

Analysis of the nominal compressive strength of built-up I-shaped sections under American design code

摘要 随着我国对外项目的日趋增多,对国际规范的熟悉以及软件的掌握尤为关键。如果设计人员对规范研究深度不够,会导致对软件输出结果干预度低,被动接受和依赖软件,结构设计和优化能力受到一定限制,在配合国外咨询公司的审核过程中也很被动。以双轴对称组合工字形受压截面为例,对美标下的抗压承载力进行研究,分析了弯曲屈曲失效模式与弯扭屈曲失效模式的区别以及关键影响因素。当腹板为薄柔型板件时,考虑受压时翼缘对腹板的约束作用,按有加劲肋作用情况计算了屈服应力的折减系数。通过双轴对称焊接组合工字形截面抗压承载力计算实例,发现弯扭屈曲失效模式在薄柔型板件受压时易起控制作用,应引起设计人员更多重视,严格控制其影响因素或采取构造措施。 The familiarity of international codes and the mastery of the software is particularly critical with the increase in foreign projects.Designers have low rates of participationin the output result of the software,passively accept and rely on the software,and their ability of structure design optimization is limited due to lack of in-depth research on specification.As a result,it is also very passive in the progress of reviewing the drawings with foreign consulting companies.Taking the doubly symmetric built-up I-shaped sections as an example,the compressive bearing capacity of it under American codes is studied.When the web is slender element section,the constraint effect of the flange on the web is considered,and the reduction factor of yield stress is calculated according to the slender stiffened elements.It is revealed that the flexural-torsional buckling limit state is often more critical when the slender element section is used,which should be paid more attention to by designers,and the key influencing factors should be controlled strictly or structural measures should be taken.
