摘要
目的探讨心脑舒通胶囊对脑梗死患者神经功能的影响。方法随机将本院2017年6月—2019年6月收治的106例脑梗死患者为观察组和对照组,各53例,对照组以常规西药治疗,观察组在对照组基础上加用心脑舒通胶囊治疗。比较两组治疗前后的神经功能缺损(national institute of health stroke scale,NIHSS)评分、C反应蛋白(C-reactive protein,CRP)测定值和治疗效果。结果两组治疗后NIHSS评分与CRP水平皆较治疗前显著降低(皆P<0.05),观察组显著低于对照组(皆P<0.05);观察组总有效率(94.34%)显著高于对照组(77.36%),P<0.05。结论心脑舒通胶囊可有效抑制炎症因子的生成、促进脑梗死患者神经功能的恢复,临床疗效显著。
Objective To explore the effect of Xinnaoshutong Capsule on nerve function in patients with cerebral infarction.Methods 106 cases of cerebral infarction treated in our hospital from June 2017 to June 2019 were divided into observation and control group,each of the 53 cases in the control group conventional western medicine,observation group intentions Xinnaoshutong Capsules were based on the treatment.Neurological impairment were compared before and after treatment(national institute of health stroke scale,NIHSS)score,C-reactive protein(C-reactive protein,CRP)measurement values and therapeutic effects.Results After treatment,NIHSS score and CRP level in the two groups were significantly lower than those before treatment(P<0.05),and the total effective rate in the observation group(94.34%)was significantly higher than that in the control group(77.36%,P<0.05).Conclusion Xinnaoshutong Capsule can effectively inhibit the production of inflammatory factors and promote the recovery of neurological function in patients with cerebral infarction,with significant clinical effect.
