琥珀酸脱氢酶缺陷型肾细胞癌1例

One case of succinate dehydrogenase deficient renal cell carcinoma

摘要 肾癌(renal carcinoma)作为泌尿系统常见肿瘤,在成人恶性肿瘤中占比2%~3%[1]。每年全球有近29.5万人被诊断为肾癌,死亡例数达13.4万[2]。肾细胞癌(renal cell carcinoma,RCC)是最常见的肾癌,占肾恶性肿瘤90%以上[3]。RCC是泌尿生殖系统癌症中死亡率最高的[4]。
