摘要
高职院校传统的"能力本位"育人模式,强调工具理性至上、"拿来主义"至上、"深奥学问"至上,在一定程度上导致了高职生职业素养不够、就业竞争力下降、人文精神滑坡等问题。基于此,必须实现高职院校育人模式的供给侧改革,实现由"能力本位"向"文化育人"的跃迁。从实践上看,这是高职教育由数量扩张到质量提升阶段的必然逻辑;从理论上看,这是人的自由全面发展的必然逻辑。强化"文化育人"理念,提升学生职业素养;营造"文化育人"氛围,凝炼大学精神;引入企业文化,促进校企"双元"育人是推动高职院校"文化育人"的有效路径。
The traditional"ability-based"education model implemented in higher vocational institutes emphasizes the supremacy of"tool rationality","take-in"and"esoteric knowledge".To a certain extent,this has led to insufficient professionalism,decreased employment competitiveness,the decline of humanism and other problems.In view of this,it is necessary to realize the supply-side reform of the education model for higher vocational institutes and the transition from"ability orientation"to"cultural education".From a practical point of view,this is the inevitable logic for higher vocational education from quantity expansion to quality improvement;from a theoretical point of view,this is the inevitable logic for individual free and comprehensive development.The"cultural education"idea is emphasized to promote the students’.The atmosphere of"cultural education"is created for condensing the university spirit.In addition,it is an effective way to pushing forward"cultural education"in higher vocational institutes to introduce corporate culture and promote school-enterprise"dual"education.
