摘要
实现乡村振兴,文化要发展,社会须善治。作为重要的社会治理资源,文化是乡村振兴“铸魂”之举的关键。文化赋能农村社会治理是一个持续的建构活动,并非自然生成的过程,需要在赋能主体培育、赋能传导机制和客体调适三个层面协同发力。
To achieve rural revitalization,culture must develop,and society acquire good governance.As an important social governance resource,culture is the key to the"soul casting"of rural revitalization.Cultural empowerment of rural social governance is rather a continuous construction activity than a natural process.It needs to integrate the cultivation of empowerment subject,the conduction mechanism of empowerment and the adjustment of object.
