摘要
针对高功率微波(HPM)信号源超窄脉冲宽度信号输出的要求,本文提出了一种简易可行的频率合成方案。频率合成方案主要通过采用"DDS+锁相环"方式构成。首先,通过利用DDS的直接数字频率合成的优势实现超窄脉冲基带信号的合成,最后与锁相环电路产生的高频载波上变频至X波段输出。测试结果符合设计要求,在X波段范围内可实现20ns^1ms的脉冲宽度,脉宽调整步进5ns,上升/下降沿时间优于5ns。采用该方案设计的X波段超窄脉冲频率合成器同时还具有宽带小步进、电路方案简单的特点,易于实现小型化设计,具有良好的应用前景。
In order to meet the requirement of ultra narrow pulse width signal output of high power microwave(HPM)signal source,a simple and feasible frequency synthesis scheme is proposed in this paper.The frequency synthesis scheme is mainly composed of"DDS+PLL".First of all,the ultra narrow pulse baseband signal is synthesized by using the advantages of DDS direct digital frequency synthesis.Finally,the high frequency carrier generated with the PLL circuit is upconverted to the X-band output.The test results meet the design requirements.The pulse width of 20 ns^1μs can be achieved in the X-band range.The pulse width adjustment step is 5 ns,and the rising/falling edge time is better than 5 ns.The X-band ultra narrow pulse frequency synthesizer designed with this scheme has the characteristics of wide ba nd and small step,simple circuit scheme,easy to realize miniaturization design,and has a good application prospect.
