摘要
HBV(乙型肝炎病毒)相关性肝衰竭发生、发展及演变主要是宿主、病毒作用的结果,其中宿主免疫紊乱、失衡是关键因素,由Th细胞介导的免疫应答在HBV相关性肝衰竭发病中的作用至关重要。从Th细胞介导的免疫调控角度对中医药治疗HBV相关性肝衰竭的相关靶点及其作用机制进行系统性梳理,有利于推动中医治疗HBV相关性肝衰竭的临床、基础研究等工作的开展。
The occurrence,development and evolution of HBV(hepatitis B virus)-associated liver failure are primarily the result of the action of the host,the virus,Among them,host immune disorders and imbalance are key factors,and the role of immune response mediated by Th cells in the pathogenesis of HBV-associated liver failure is crucial.A systematic review of the relevant targets and their mechanisms of action of TCM in the treatment of HBV-associated liver failure from the perspective of Th cell-mediated immune regulation.It is beneficial to promote the clinical and basic research on the treatment of HBV-related liver failure in Chinese medicine.
