摘要
目的:分析对慢性萎缩性胃炎(脾胃虚弱证)实施健脾通络汤治疗的临床效果。方法:选取2021年8月—2022年8月收治的50例慢性萎缩性胃炎患者,随机分为对照组和实验组,实施常规治疗与健脾通络汤治疗,对治疗有效性与治疗安全性、证候积分情况汇总。结果:腺体萎缩、异性增生、慢性炎症、胃痛胃胀等分数汇总,实验组与对照组比较较优;临床有效例数对比,实验组多于对照组,P<0.05。结论:慢性萎缩性胃炎经健脾通络汤治疗在短时间内改善不适,保证预后质量。
Objective:To observe the clinical significance of Jianpi Tongluo Decoction in the treatment of chronic atrophic gastritis(spleen stomach weakness syndrome).Methods:the number of patients with chronic atrophic gastritis treated from August 2021 to August 2022was counted:50,which were routinely divided into control group and experimental group.They were treated with routine treatment and Jianpi Tongluo decoction.The treatment effectiveness,treatment safety and symptom score were summarized.Results:the scores of gland atrophy,dysplasia,chronic inflammation,stomach pain and stomach distension in the experimental group were better than those in the control group,and the number of clinically effective people in the experimental group was more than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:after treatment with Jianpi Tongluo Decoction,patients with chronic atrophic gastritis can improve their uncomfortable symp-toms in a short time and ensure the quality of prognosis in the later stage of the disease.
