摘要
目的:探究术芪建脾汤治疗脾虚型慢性萎缩性胃炎的临床效果。方法:选取2020年6月—2022年6月在我院进行治疗的61例脾虚型慢性萎缩性胃炎患者,按随机数表法将其分为观察组30例、对照组31例,对照组给予常规西药治疗,观察组给予中药术芪建脾汤联合治疗,比较两组患者的临床疗效、治疗前后的中医证候积分、相关指标评分、及不良反应发生情况。结果:观察组的临床治疗有效率明显高于对照组(P<0.05);治疗后,两组患者的中医证候积分均降低,且观察组更为显著(P<0.05);治疗后,观察组的GAS(胃泌素)、SS(生长抑素)、EGF(人表皮生长因子)指标水平变化均低于对照组,MOT(胃动素)指标水平高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组的不良反应发生率低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:脾虚型慢性萎缩性胃炎治疗中采用中药术芪建脾汤加减,有利于提高临床疗效,改善GAS、MOT、SS、EGF指标水平,降低中医证候积分,减少不良反应发生率,值得临床推广应用。
Objective:To explore the clinical effect of Zhuqi Jianpi Decoction on chronic atrophic gastritis of spleen deficiency type.Methods:A total of 61 patients with chronic atrophic gastritis of spleen deficiency type who were treated in our hospital from June 2020 to June 2022 were selected and randomly divided into an observation group of 30 cases and a control group of 31 cases.For western medicine treatment,the observation group was given Chinese medicine Zhuqijianpi decoction combined treatment,and the clinical efficacy,TCM symptom scores,related index scores,and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups before and after treatment.Results:The clinical treatment effective rate of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group,P<0.05;after treatment,the TCM symptom scores of the two groups were decreased,and the observation group was more significant(P<0.05).The levels of GAS(gastrin),SS(somatostatin),and EGF(human epidermal growth factor)in the patients were lower than those in the control group,and the level of MOT(motilin)was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05);The incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group was lower than that in the control group P<0.05.Conclusion:In the treatment of chronic atrophic gastritis with spleen deficiency,the traditional Chinese medicine Zhuqijianpi decoction is beneficial to improve the clinical efficacy of patients,improve the levels of GAS,MOT,SS and EGF indicators,reduce the TCM symptom score,and reduce the incidence of adverse reactions.Worthy of clinical application.
