基于肯特评分法的某航煤管道风险评价 被引量:1

摘要 为提高航煤管道的安全评价水平,以成都某航空煤油管道为例,针对航煤管道的安全隐患,利用肯特评分法对航煤管道进行风险评价,从第三方破坏指标、腐蚀指标、设计指标、误操作指标以及泄漏冲击指数方面开展风险评价,得到评分结果,并依据评分结果对航煤管道的风险进行等级评定,结果表明,航煤管道的相对风险评分为75.7分,处在较低风险区域。 In order to improve the safety evaluation level of aviation kerosene oil pipeline,this article takes an aviation kerosene oil pipeline in Chengdu as an example.Aiming at the hidden dangers of aviation kerosene oil pipeline,the risk assessment of aviation kerosene oil pipeline is carried out using the Kent scoring method,and the third-party damage indicators,corrosion indicators,The risk evaluation was carried out in terms of design indicators,misoperation indicators and leakage impact index,and the score results were obtained.The risk level of aviation kerosene oil pipeline was evaluated based on the score results.The results showed that the relative risk score of aviation kerosene oil pipeline was 75.7 points,which is relatively high.Low risk area.
