介绍了MIT5530阵列感应结构组成、工作原理。结合实际维修经验,针对电源及信号通道两个方面的常见故障进行分析,分享解决仪器故障流程及方法。
The composition and working principle of MIT5530 array induction structure are introduced.Combined with actual maintenance experience,il analyzes the common faults in the two aspects of power supply and signal channel,and shares the process and methods of solving the faults of the instrument.
