低渗透油田注水区域油井侧钻钻井技术

Lateral Drilling Technology for Injection Zone in Low Permeability Oilfield

摘要 长庆地渗透油田注水区域侧钻井大多数在超前注水区块,注水井多、储层长6注水压力高、底部碳质泥岩漏失严重、导致喷漏同存,井控风险高,同时施工过程中存在伴生气,出水、气侵、井漏等复杂井况。本文对该区域Φ51/2″套管老井开窗侧钻存在的的技术难点进行了剖析,通过技术实践与应用,提出了可行性技术措施。 Most of the lateral drilling in the water-injection area of Changqing low-permeability oilfield is in the advanced water-injection area,with multiple injection wells,high pressure of water injection in reservoir Chang 6,and serious leakage of carbonaceous mudstone at the bottom,resulting in the co-existence of blowout and leakage,and high well control risk.At the same time,associated gas,produced water,gas invasion,well leakage and other complex well conditions exist in the drilling process.In this paper,the technical difficulties existing in drilling of 51/2"casing wells in this area are analyzed,and the feasible technical measures are put forward through technical practice and application.
