摘要
针对高校党建与思政教育协同育人的问题,采用归纳分析法,分析高校党建与思政教育的相互关系及二者协同育人的意义,总结以往高校党建与思政教育协同的成功经验与现阶段工作掣肘因素,遵循高校党建与思政教育协同育人的工作理念,从学校、学院、党支部三个层面提出机制保障、队伍建设、平台搭建等对策,助力新时代高校党建与思政教育协同育人模式的创新。
In view of the problems that the Party building and ideological and political education in colleges and universities will develop in a coordinated way,with the method of inductive analysis,This paper analyzes the relationship between Party building and ideological and political education in colleges and universities and the significance of their cooperation in educating people,summarizes the successful experience of the cooperation between Party building and ideological and political education in colleges and universities in the past and the constraints of current work,follows the work concept of the cooperation between Party building and ideological and political education in colleges and universities,and puts forward corresponding countermeasures from the three levels of schools,colleges and Party branches in terms of mechanism guarantee,team building,platform building,to help the innovation of the collaborative education model of Party building and ideological and political education in colleges and universities in the new era.
