摘要
多种眼科疾病或系统疾病会出现视盘及盘周血流改变。光学相干断层扫描血管成像(optical coherence tomography angiography,OCTA)是一项无创、可重复的眼科成像新技术,可提供高精度盘周血流密度图像。近来,诸多研究报道OCTA在青光眼等眼病及阿尔茨海默病(Alzheimer’s disease,AD)等其他系统疾病中的新发现。本文就盘周血流特点、OCTA在各种疾病状态下盘周血流变化中的应用作系统综述,并讨论OCTA的诊疗价值和未来的研究方向。
Many ocular diseases and systemic diseases manifest with changes of optic disc and peripapillary blood flow.Optical coherence tomography angiography(OCTA),as a non-invasive,repeatable imaging technique can provide high-resolution images of peripapillary vascular network.Recent studies have reported its application and new findings in diseases such as glaucoma and Alzheimer’s disease.This article focuses on the features of peripapillary vascular anatomy,OCTA in detecting peripapillary vascular changes,and application value of OCTA in diagnosis and treatment of diseases.
