摘要
罪犯危险性评估对于深层次了解和改造罪犯、对于监狱及社会的安全稳定具有重要的作用,此项工作的开展需要多学科和多种方法并用,以提高评估工作的科学性、操作性、准确性。行为观察法是罪犯危险性评估的基本方法之一,探讨该方法在罪犯危险性评估中的实施依据、实施步骤及意义,目的是帮助监狱民警掌握行为观察法的使用技巧,进一步推进罪犯危险性评估既能达到预期效果,又能全面推广。
