摘要
传统的资历认证方式因评估依据较为单一、缺乏对非正式学习成果的考量,已无法满足数字时代职业技能评估的需求,亟需能够对开放学习成果进行认证的智能化评估方式。微认证能增强职业技能评估在数字时代的适应性,因而逐渐成为国内外学者关注的焦点。本研究分析了微认证增强职业技能评估适应性的价值取向和逻辑理路,以服务导向、智能化为特征的第五代评估为理论依据,构建面向职业技术教育的微认证评估框架和微认证评估生态系统,关注学习者在实践过程中的学习成果与重要成就,推动能力本位教育的发展。
The traditional qualification certification,which has failed to meet the needs of the digital age professional skills assessment,is based on a relatively single assessment basis,lack of consideration of informal learning results,it is in urgent need of intelligent assessment methods that can certify open learning outcomes.Micro-certification can enhance the adaptability of vocational skills assessment in the digital age,so it has gradually become the focus of scholars at home and abroad.The paper analyzes the value orientation and logic of micro-certification to enhance the adaptability of vocational skill assessment,based on the fifth-generation assessment theory characterized by service-oriented and intelligent,it constructs the micro-certification assessment framework and micro-certification assessment ecosystem for vocational and technical education,pays attention to the learning results and important achievements of learners in the practice process,and promotes the development of competency-based education.
