摘要
随着计算机和互联网技术的快速发展,各行各业广泛运用互联网,互联网+档案管理也在稳步推进,提升了档案管理工作效率。但互联网时代面临数据信息共享、个人隐私保护、知识产权保护、数据整合与数据碎片等一系列矛盾,这给职业院校档案管理工作带来挑战与冲击。为有效应对互联网运用带来的巨大挑战,职业院校档案管理工作需采取有效对策,如创新数据整理融合方法,加强档案管理个性化服务,打造高素质职业院校档案管理人才团队,建立健全信息安全保障体系,从而推动职业院校档案管理工作可持续发展。
With the rapid development of computer and Internet technology,the Internet is widely used in all walks of life.Internet+archives management is also steadily implemented to improve the efficiency of archives management.But in the Internet era,there are a series of challenges and impacts to archives management in vocational colleges such as data and information sharing,personal privacy protection,intellectual property protection,data integration and data fragmentation.In order to effectively deal with the huge challenges brought by using the Internet,vocational colleges should take effective countermeasures in archives management.The method of data consolidation and integration should be innovated,the personalized service of archives management should be strengthened,and the archives management talents team of high-quality vocational colleges should be built,and information security system should be established and improved to promote the sustainable development of vocational college archives management.
