摘要
在全面建设社会主义现代化国家新征程中,职业教育对促进我国经济社会发展起到了非常重要的推动作用。新时代开放创新、合作共赢成为主旋律,职业教育教师教学创新团队亟需合作创新。针对全国职业院校教师教学创新团队协作共同体建设任务,分析了创新团队协作共同体的基本内涵,构建了创新团队协作共同体形成框架,从校校协作共同体及校企协作共同体两个维度开展了创新团队协作共同体的建设路径研究,创新性地提出共同体校校之间教师串校授课、校企之间互建绩效考核方案等办法,促进协作共同体成员间的合作落到实处,共同推进创新团队的建设。
A new journey of building a socialist modernization nation in an all-round way,vocational education plays an important role in economic and social development.Openness,innovation and win-win cooperation have become the main themes in the new era,the teaching innovation team of vocational education needs cooperation and innovation urgently.In view of the construction task of collaborative community in the teaching innovation team of national vocational colleges,the basic connotation of collaborative community is analyzed,and its formation framework is constructed.The paper studies the construction path of collaborative community in the teaching innovation team from the two dimensions of school-school cooperation community and school-enterprise cooperation community.It innovatively puts forward measures such as teachers’teaching in series between schools in the community and establishing performance appraisal schemes between schools and enterprises,so as to promote the implementation of cooperation among members of the collaborative community,and jointly accelerate the construction of the innovation team.
